Payment and Delivery

How payment and delivery work when you buy a 365 Ngày Tốt plan from CINEVI FILM & TELEVISION VIETNAM CO., LTD (CINEVI).

1. Products

Plans are digital goods priced in VND: day, week, month, 3-month, 6-month and year. See the current prices under “Pricing” on the home page or in the app.

2. Payment methods

• Scan a bank-transfer QR code through the payOS gateway with a banking app or a VietQR-compatible wallet.
• One-time payment, no automatic renewal; we do not store your card or bank-account details.
• A QR code is valid for a limited time; if it expires, create the order again.

3. Delivery (activation)

This is a digital service: nothing is shipped and there is no delivery fee. The plan is activated automatically within seconds once our system receives payment confirmation from payOS, for the profile you chose at purchase and on every device signed in to the same account. If it has not appeared after 15 minutes, please contact support (section 5).

4. Invoices

For an e-invoice, email trinhduong6696@gmail.com with the order code and invoicing details (company name, tax code, address) within 7 days of payment.

5. Payment support

If something goes wrong (charged but not activated, double payment, wrong plan), email trinhduong6696@gmail.com with the order code and a screenshot of the bank transaction. We reply within 48 working hours. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6. Payment security

Transactions are processed by payOS over encrypted connections. We receive only the order code, amount and payment status to activate your plan.
