365 Ngày Tốt (the mobile app and the website 365ngaytot.com) is provided by CINEVI FILM & TELEVISION VIETNAM CO., LTD (CINEVI) (“we”). This policy explains how we handle your personal data, in line with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. By creating an account and using the service you agree to it.

1. Who is responsible

CINEVI FILM & TELEVISION VIETNAM CO., LTD (CINEVI), tax code 0102707334, No. 2, Lot C, Mai Dich Resettlement Area, Phu Dien Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact for personal-data matters: trinhduong6696@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account: email, display name and avatar when you sign in with email, Google or Zalo. With Google and Zalo we receive only the basic profile you agree to share. We do not read your contacts, messages or email.
• Reading profiles: name, gender and birth date and time that you enter, used to compute zodiac, element, numerology and compatible days. You may create profiles for relatives; please enter only information of people who agreed.
• Images: the avatar and background you choose to upload.
• Transactions: order code, plan, amount, time and payment status. Payments are processed by payOS; we do not receive or store your card number, bank password or OTP.
• Reminders and notifications: reminders you set and in-app notification status.
• Technical: device type, operating system, app version, IP address and error logs, used to run, secure and fix the service. We do not collect your precise location.

3. Why we use it

• To provide lucky-day readings, numerology, compatibility and reminders.
• To sign you in, sync profiles across devices and support you.
• To process orders, reconcile payments and handle complaints and refunds.
• To send in-app and necessary service notices. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process data on your consent given at sign-up, to perform the service you request, and to comply with the law. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account (section 8).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service, for the purposes above:

• server and storage infrastructure providers;
• payOS, the payment gateway for bank QR payments;
• Google and Zalo, when you choose to sign in with them;
• push-notification and advertising providers (where ads are shown in the free version);
• competent public authorities on a lawful written request.

Some providers may host servers outside Vietnam. We require them to protect data to an equivalent standard.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we manage and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We keep periodic backups and restrict internal access. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data we will notify you and act as the law requires.

7. Retention

We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account, profiles and images are deleted or anonymised within 30 days; transaction records are kept in anonymised form for the period required by accounting and tax law. Backups are purged on a cycle of at most 30 days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain. To exercise them:

• View and edit profiles in the app.
• Delete your account: in the app open the Plans tab → Delete account, or email trinhduong6696@gmail.com from your registered address. We reply within 72 hours and complete deletion as described in section 7.
• Request a copy of your data by email.

9. Children

The service is not intended for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children’s data; if we find it, we delete it. Parents who find that a child registered may contact us at the email above.

10. Cookies and local storage on the web

The web app uses your browser’s local storage to keep your sign-in session and selected profile. This marketing site does not use third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes

If we make material changes we will tell you in the app or on this page and update the date at the top. Continued use afterwards means you accept the new version.
