365 Ngày Tốt · Updated 23 October 2026

By accessing or using 365 Ngày Tốt, provided by CINEVI FILM & TELEVISION VIETNAM CO., LTD (CINEVI) (“we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. The service

365 Ngày Tốt is an app and website that provides lucky-day readings, numerology, compatibility and reminders based on calendar traditions and folk experience. Some features are free; some require a paid plan.

2. Nature of the content

The content is for reference, entertainment and cultural guidance only. It is not legal, financial, medical or investment advice and not a promise of any outcome. Final decisions and risks are yours. We are not liable for loss arising from decisions you make relying on it.

3. Accounts

4. Paid plans

5. Prohibited conduct

6. Intellectual property

The app, brand, interface, images and content belong to CINEVI FILM & TELEVISION VIETNAM CO., LTD (CINEVI) or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Images you upload remain yours; you allow us to store and display them to you within the service.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The free version may show ads. The service may link to third-party sites; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a customer is limited to the amount that customer paid for the service in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect loss. This does not remove rights you have under Vietnam’s consumer protection law.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or on this page; continued use afterwards is acceptance.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first try to negotiate; failing that, disputes go to the competent court in Hanoi, without affecting a consumer’s statutory right to complain.
